A VERY HAPPY AND BLESSED NEW YEAR TO ALL!
It's 2012!
We spent a quiet day at home today, walking down to the Peace River to check for alligators, but didn't see anything but some sparrows and one Little Blue Heron.
I am fascinated by the Spanish Moss on many of the trees in this part of the country. While a few trees don't seem to have much --
And others seem to have lots and lots --
I haven't decided whether I think the stuff is gorgeous, or just plain spooky?!
I think it depends upon whether you are looking at in in the daytime or at night...
