Auntie Violet is parked in a pull-thru spot about halfway down the hill in the park --
There are about 160 spaces here. It's a nice sized park. It borders on the Colorado River which is at the base of the hill --
We walked down along the river looking for birds. We saw a few coots and a spotted sandpiper in winter plumage. As we walked back we saw both a Say's Pheobe and a Black Phoebe hunting for bugs in the grass.
We're going to stay here for at least the next four days. It will give me a chance to catch up on the laundry since I didn't do any while we were boondocking at Quartzsite nor while we were at Reflection Lake (other then a load of underwear) as we didn't have sewer hook-ups there.
