I know that there are some RVers who are not fans of Camping World, but Hardts definitely are. We are members of their President's Club and watch for their sales for most of our purchases. We had bought two very nice lounge chairs last year when we were in Mesa, Arizona. The other day when I was packing them up before our move, the elastic cord that holds the seat taut popped on one of them. I thought about trying to get enough slack in the cord to try to tie it together or would I need to try to get more cord and re-string it? Then I remembered we had purchased Camping World's Product Protection plan -- because they were pretty expensive chairs...
So today we took the chair with us to the store. The clerk didn't have to check with anyone or anything. She just looked at the slip, then went with us to look to see if they had any of the same chair. Of course, that particular chair was no longer stocked; although she did check on the computer and found four of them available back in Arizona! Sandy had us pick out a comparable price chair on the floor and we actually found one that had a taller back and fits Forry better then the original. And that's all it took to walk out the door with a new chair!
After we got back to Auntie Violet, we added the short hose to the water hose to make it longer, pulled more electric cable out and pulled up the jacks and picked up the jack pads. All so that we could back the motorhome up a few feet to see if we could get better satellite reception. We got the job done, put the jack pads and the jacks back down and discovered we now had NO satellite reception! So we thought about it a while, then decided to redo the process and move back to the original position where we at least had satellite reception from one satellite. We ended up parked almost exactly where we had started, plus or minus two inches. And believe it or not, we now have excellent reception on ALL three satellites! Guess I'll get to watch Gray's Anatomy tonight after all.
