We had planned to sleep in this morning, but there is a toy hauler across the way that has four adults, a baby and 3 dogs. And the dogs started barking a little before seven and barked for over three hours straight. I don't know if they made more noise or the owners did shouting at them to "shut up!" After enough complaints (including one from us), the park attendants came and talked with them. They shut the dogs inside the rig and things were finally quiet.
Forry was still tired today and napped on and off all day while I did some cleaning and another load of laundry. About five o'clock we headed out for a Costco run. Our K-cup coffee-maker had finally died, so we went shopping for a replacement. And of course, Forry needed a gourmet treat, his favorite Polish dog for supper!
This is Auntie Violet's site underneath the trees. We are once again unable to get satellite TV reception, which may be the norm at RV parks on the east coast from what we've heard.
This is an interesting rig parked a row or so down from us. It's a "loft" model with an upstairs screened porch! I had read about them, they were originally designed for Nascar fans. There must be access from inside as there doesn't appear to be an outside stair -- except for that ladder in the front.
It was in the high seventies today. It's nice to not be running the AC and even nicer to sleep without sweating!
