Court of Honor

What a day we had today! When I asked the girls what they wanted to do on this holiday that they had off from school, they said they wanted to go to brunch at a restaurant called "Top of the Hill." Daughter Dawn left early and RAN the five plus miles to the restaurant. Granddaughter Havela, with her brand new driver's license, drove the rest of us there to meet her. We also invited our friends Pat and Warde to join us. We sent the males to one corner of the restaurant and we ladies took another. We had a great visit as well as a lovely brunch.

This evening we had the honor of attending Boy Scout Troop 203's Court of Honor in Canby. Grandson Micah received his Tenderfoot badge as well as several Merit badges --

Many of the members of his troop also received badges for their camp attendance this past summer --

Another good day!
