After the beautiful sunny day we had yesterday, it was a bit of a shock to wake up this morning to dark clouds and pouring rain. It rained hard most of the morning. We had large puddles all around, but by late afternoon they were all gone. Forry's weather app said there was six plus inches of snow in Flagstaff. We could see snow on the far mountains... Brr!
Can't say we accomplished much today. I browned some beef stew meat and put it in the crock pot along with a couple of carrots, a turnip and an onion. Added some onion soup mix and left it cook all afternoon. Sure made for a good smelling house on a gloomy afternoon.
