The Parts ARE HERE!

The UPS truck is coming down the street, slowing down, oops, it went on by! Oh, look! It's pulling into the school parking lot across the street and making a u-turn -- and STOPPING! Quick, go meet the driver! Oh dear, that package is too small, isn't it? Quick, OPEN IT! Oh my, it looks right. It is RIGHT!


The windshield wiper arms have arrived! (We ordered two right away, just in case...) It cost more for the Next Day Air delivery then it did for for the arms, but that's just fine.


I spent the rest of the afternoon with Grand daughter Kyra making Christmas cookies. We made Almond Crescents, Pecan Balls and another ground pecan cookie. We ended up with a pretty good start on the season with three boxes to put in the freezer. The nice thing was that we had a plate of cookies to take with us tonight when we went over to Warde and Pat's for supper.

The Christmas lights were on at Pat and Warde's!
