A typical Saturday was had by all. Had to get busy and do all of the things we ignore when we're too busy running to the ball park! I've still got to go and put clean sheets on the bed and then we'll be ready for another week.
It was busy at the grocery store today. I'm not sure what was going on, but there were only half a dozen carts left when we went in about three o'clock. Forry had no trouble finding an electric one though, which is sometimes a problem when they're not that busy. The store had gotten into the whole "pi day" thing of 3.14 and had a whole lot of pies on special. We followed that theme on through and got a pizza pie from Papa Murphy's (who seemed totally unaware of Pi Day!)
We've managed to have phone calls with all three of the (grown) kids over the last two days along with some nice chats with Sister Sherry. It's always good to be able to be in touch with family, no matter how old they are. Granddaughter Havelita will be 20 tomorrow, which totally blows me away! It's amazing how quickly the years have gone by and what a lovely young woman she's grown up to be.
