A Lazy Sunday

It was another alternately sunny and rain showery day today. It was nice to see blue sky off and on throughout the day. At least it was not quite as depressing as the constant grey skies.

I pulled some of the slab bacon that I bought at the MCA Sale out of the freezer for breakfast. Made by a Mennonite from Montana, the bacon is a real treat. It comes sealed in plastic and then in a cotton sack imprinted with the auction label. It is so good!

We watched the Seahawks win their game today, then watched the final day of the Professional Bull Riders 2014 Finals in Las Vegas. It was great to see Bushwacker's last outing (He's being retired to stud.). He not only bucked off his rider, but did it with enough points to win the 2014 Bull of the Year title.


We are, of course, now watching the fifth game of the World Series, but I am not happy because at this point the Giants are ahead 2-0...
