I finished up the last load of laundry this morning, then went over to Menno to help Cleon tag the items for the auction tomorrow. We have most of the things here, there are a few yet to come in the morning. While we were doing that, the ladies were in the library measuring quilts and organizing them into bundles for the auction. (Usually we intersperse a groups of quilts between other items in the sale.) in the morning, the quilts and afghans will be hung in the big tent for display.
I went the three miles back to the ranch to get Forry, then we drove into Moses Lake to get the oil changed in Toad II and pick up the seven gallons of oil that Auntie Violet will will need for her oil change next week.
We got back to Menno in time to do some visiting and then joined the rest of the crew for a pulled pork sandwich meal -- so good!
I'm writing this on the hill on the way home -- time for bed, it'll be an early start tomorrow.
