Counting...

I used to be able to sleep in without any problem, but as I've gotten older, my bladder doesn't allow that luxury any longer. So, in spite of my good intentions, I was up by seven o'clock. The wind was still blowing - we are under a RED high fire danger alert - just like it was when we went to bed. The air is very dusty. We saw a lot of recently seeded fields yesterday where the wind was just sort of sifting top soil across the top of the ground.

This afternoon, we tackled the bucket of coins we fought home from church yesterday. There were 330 quarters and 412 dimes, one fifty cent piece, 302 nickels and 1524 pennies. Plus a small amount of paper money and one check. My hands were absolutely filthy when we finished!
